Afternoon Tea in Manchester

At Communicate School, we marked a truly British occasion with a classic British afternoon tea! For the graduation ceremony, we adorned the social area with bunting, served delicious cakes and wore Union Jack hats.

In Manchester, there were screenings of the Coronation ceremony at both Piccadilly Gardens and Manchester Cathedral, providing an excellent opportunity for our students to immerse themselves in the historic event and explore the city. Over the bank holiday weekend, students had the chance to visit some of England’s most iconic destinations, including the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. These locations are steeped in local history and offer stunning photo opportunities, making it a truly memorable way to celebrate England’s “green and pleasant land” on this momentous weekend!
